Accepted Answer

The ZipCare Protect and AMC plans offer essential check-up and cleaning services. With Protect Standard, you don’t pay anything extra, while Protect Advanced requires only 25% of the service cost. Note: The AMC plan does not include spare part charges.

Do I need to buy a ZipCare plan separately for my washing machine?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase a ZipCare AMC Plan anytime for your washing machine, whether bought from Croma or elsewhere. For ZipCare Protect Standard or ZipCare Protect Advanced, it must be within 11 months of the purchase date (if bought from Croma) and within 6 months if bought elsewhere. Available for online and offline purchases, you can buy them from Croma.com, Tata Neu or your nearest Croma store.

What is the validity period of ZipCare plans for washing machines?

Accepted Answer

The validity depends on the plan you choose. ZipCare AMC Plans are valid for one year, while ZipCare Protect Plans can be valid for one to three years. You can log in to My Account on Croma.com. Once logged in, go to My Devices & Plans to check the validity and details of your Plan.

Where can I read the detailed Terms & Conditions of the Plan?

Log in to My Account on Croma.com and navigate to My Devices & Plans to view your Plan details, Terms & Conditions and plan certificate. You’ll also receive a Welcome Email on your registered ID with all plan information (refer to Annexure 2) once your purchase is complete.
